Evan Simon was born and raised in Los Angeles, and has lived, worked, and attended school all over the city—from the Westside, Hollywood, Los Feliz/Silverlake/Echo Park, Downtown, and the San Fernando Valley—and he takes pride in knowing the city inside out. Evan also lived and worked in Orange County, CA and is familiar with many OC neighborhoods. As an attorney, having practiced for one of the largest law firms in the world, and real estate investor, with over a decade of real estate experience, Evan gives his clients a strong edge.

Evan has been involved in sales transactions totaling over $25 million and has extensive experience leasing and managing residential and commercial properties. He has a keen ability to handle a myriad of transaction issues utilizing a proven network of trusted service providers cultivated throughout his career. Evan’s guiding philosophy is to consistently develop and support clients through authentic relationships while utilizing an intuitive approach, a comprehensive marketing strategy bolstered by his degree in Information Computer Science, and his innate understanding of the area to facilitate consistent, successful transactions. Genuine concern coupled with his strong legal background and negotiation skills makes him an ideal partner in real estate.

Evan presently lives in Beverlywood with his family, just down the street from where his grandparents lived for over 50 years.
